Dr. Ulrich Frankenberger is an experienced specialist in internal medicine and gastroenterology with many years of work in hospital and outpatient practice.

Professional background

After completing his medical studies and obtaining his licence to practise and his doctorate in Munich and Erlangen in 1993, he undertook his specialist training at renowned institutions in Berlin and Munich.

From 2003 to 2020, Dr. med. Frankenberger ran his own gastroenterology practice in the Munich district of Harlaching. During this time he built up a large and loyal group of patients and specialised in endoscopic examinations and interventional procedures in the gastrointestinal tract.

Since 2020 he has been working as a gastroenterologist at the MVZ Neuburg an der Donau, where he continues to contribute his expertise, with commitment, to the diagnosis and treatment of internal-medicine and gastroenterological conditions.

In addition, Dr. med. Frankenberger regularly cares for patients in Mallorca – several times a year he holds consultations there over several days and performs endoscopic procedures.
