About me
Dr. med. Sandra Normann
Specialist in paediatrics and adolescent medicine

As a specialist in paediatrics and adolescent medicine with many years of experience at home and abroad, Dr. med. Normann’s aim is not only to treat children medically, but to support them as a whole. In her work she combines sound knowledge of conventional medicine with naturopathic methods, manual medicine and a development-oriented view.
In this way, a form of medicine takes shape that does not only relieve symptoms, but promotes and strengthens health and has a lasting effect.
Health means more than the mere absence of illness. It is about supporting a child’s physical, emotional and mental development as a whole. Dr. med. Normann sees her work as accompaniment — not only in acute situations, but also preventively and supportively in everyday life.
Professional background
Dr. med. Normann completed her medical studies at the Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität in Münster. She then went to the USA, where she completed her specialist training and worked for many years in outpatient paediatrics. Back in Germany, she gained further clinical experience at Clemenshospital Münster and at the Klinik für Manuelle Medizin in Hamm. In addition, she worked in the allergology and pulmonology specialist practice of the paediatricians in Borghorst. Through additional qualifications in manual medicine for infants and children, medical osteopathy and developmental paediatrics, she broadened her medical range — always with the aim of supporting her young patients individually and holistically.
Her treatment is shaped by an integrative approach: sound conventional medicine is complemented by proven naturopathic methods, perspectives from developmental psychology and manual therapy. This creates room for genuine healing and healthy development.
